Preorder Products : Products that are in Pre Order Mode will be delivered in 30-45 days
Available Products : Products thats are availble should be shipped in 2-3 days and should be delivered to adress in another 5-7 days.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to shop with confidence at Reverb Accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
In case you received a damaged product please reach out to us within 2 days of receipt of product. In case you file for return later than 2 days , return will not be entertained. Please write to us via get in touch form and we will inspect the issue and make sure correct product is delivered to you.
In case the products are found to be defective upon inspection, Refund will be processed to the client in 7 working days .
In case there is return/exchange expected, return will be pickedup within two days. Changed product will be shipped in 2 days of receipt of damaged prodcut.
